Divinely Sinister

Savannah put both palms foreword and let the fire slip in between her fingers and into her open mouth. She then pretty much breathed fire out at Marcus.

Marcus growled as it barely missed him and appeared in a puff of smoke behind her, sending more to her back.

Savannah screeched. "Now I know why Papa doesn't like you," She growled, this time she didn't use fire but went for the old fashioned mano to mano combat style.

It nicked his knee and he stumbled a bit, glaring. "I don't give two shits bout your papa anyway."

Casey shifted, hearing only a faint echo of the action.

She growled and tripped him up, using all her strength to punch him in the chest while he was mid-air. He practically flew to the ground and there was a huge dent in the earth.

Daniel, being human and not having such keen ears, didn't really hear anything.

Marcus growled and rolled over, standing as he flung a ball of red.

Casey sat up and shook Daniel a bit. "Dan."

Domino and Sav's father watched on, eagerly wanting to help.

Savannah did a quick front flip over it and punched Marcus in the chest with a flame fist.

"Hmm...?" He muttered.

Marcus screeched, turning his mouth into a beak as he went for her shoulder.

"I hear something going on." She replied softly, brushing some hair behind her ear.

Savannah tried to move back but was too slow. Just one powerful peck with his beak and she flew backwards.

He smirked and flew at her again.

She saw him coming and quickly flew up and spiraled down, knocking him clear out of the sky.

He cawed, flying down to the ground in a 'bang'.

Savannah turned back into her human form and landed on the ground gracefully.

Marcus' eyes narrowed, his nose flared, and he cursed at her repeatedly.

"Hey! Language!" Savannah said, smirking. She threw a fireball at him when he wouldn't shut up.

Weakened, he closed his eyes.

She had to finish him now, she quickly ripped his soul out.

Her father, Ramon let out sigh of relief.

Savannah was breathing heavily and was bleeding from her head and her chest but nothing too serious.

DOmino ran over and wrapped his arms around her.

Savannah managed to smile a bit.

He smiled and kissed her cheek. "Thank god, you're alright."

Her smile widened but she said nothing because she really didn't know what to say, she just killed her uncle.

Domino buried his face in her neck.

"I love you," She whispered.

Meanwhile, Daniel and Casey were just barely getting to the courtyard.
